Partly cloudy sky with a minimum temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius is forecast for Wednesday.
At Waltair, the maximum temperature was 29.0 degrees C and the minimum was 21.5 degrees C respectively on Tuesday. Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 80 per cent and at 5.30 p.m. was 93 per cent. Rainfall up to 8.30 p.m. was 16.6 mm. At airport, the maximum and minimum temperatures were 30.2 degrees C and 22.2 degrees C respectively. Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 79 per cent and at 5.30 p.m. was 88 per cent. Rainfall up to 8.30 p.m. was 11.6 mm.
The maximum temperature at the Dolphin's Nose was 28.7 degrees C and the minimum temperature was 20.8 degrees C. Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 83 per cent.
SISI programme
A 10-day management development programme (MDP) on communication skils and personality development will be conducted by the Small Industries Service Institute (SISI) in association with CTC Communications from February 15. According to SISI's in-charge Deputy Director, the intake will be 30 and filled on first-cum- first-served basis. City residents can now contact the Commissioner of Police, V.S.K. Kaumudi, directly through the following E-mail Ids: cpvizagcity@rediffmail.com or cpvizagcity@hotmail.com or cpvizagcity@yahoo.com.
People can file complaints or give suggestions through these e-mail IDs. The senders are, however, requested to give their full name, address and telephone numbers if any to enable the Commissioner to contact them as and when necessary. According to an official communiqué, the name of the e-mail sender and its content would be kept strictly confident.
Guidance test

Dance contest
Vikram Modern Productions will organise dance competitions - `Natya Mela 2005' at VUDA Children's Theatre on Saturday. The participants can present classical, folk and western dances in solo and group. The competitions will be held in three categories, sub-juniors, juniors and seniors, according to its founder-president, Battina Vikram Goud. Fishing nets show
The two-day fishing nets exhibition, organised by Velugu-DRDA,opened at the Fishing Harbour on Tuesday. The DRDA Project Director, K. Kanna Babu, said that eight fishing net manufacturing units were participating in the exhibition and that financial assistance would be extended to beneficiaries for purchasing new nets and repair of old ones.
