Why Training and development?


Training and Development helps in optimizing the utilization of human resource that further helps the employee to achieve the organizational and goals as well as their individual goals. It also helps to provide an opportunity and broad structure for the development of human resources’ technical and behavioral skills in an organization. It also helps the employees in attaining personal growth. Training and Development helps in increasing the job knowledge and skills of employees at each level. It helps to expand the horizons of human intellect and an overall personality of the employees.

We at CTC having discovered this Eighteen years ago and are engaged in the process of driving the change. Internship

An internship is an excellent way to develop an understanding of the industry. Our internship experience provides a valuable mix of training, mentoring, and skills and knowledge development. Many of our interns go on to secure full-time positions, mainly in MNC’s.

We offer a variety of internship positions at Training & Development, Mentoring and Marketing that are open to students (Undergraduate, Graduate, MBA MHRM, B.ed and M.ed) in their penultimate or final year of study, and to graduates. Our internships start in the spring, summer and winter, and vary in length from 3 weeks to 6 months. Generally, we are seeking applicants who are seriously considering a long-term career in training. All of our internships will provide you with a real insight into the world of behavioral training, which will hopefully confirm your ambition to pursue a full-time career with us. We are also flexible in our approach, offering you a variety of programs tailored to your particular circumstances and availability.

Summer Internships


Your summer internship with us will start with a training course designed to give you an understanding of the firm and our industry. You’ll be equipped with the skills to succeed and to make the most of the experience. Our training will also provide you with valuable opportunities to network with other interns on the program. At CTC Training Resources Pvt Ltd we are keen to ensure that you have the opportunity to fully integrate into our teams and work on real projects – therefore, you will need to apply to a specific division. Whilst working with your chosen division, you will also experience further learning events, presentations, meetings with various clients and continual networking opportunities. By the end of the program, you’ll have a really good idea of career for you.

Winter & Spring Internships


These internships are designed for finalists and applicants whose degree course requires them to get experience at either a different time of the year or for a longer period of time (six month).The duration of your internship will be driven by requirements. Again, these internships are open to students (Undergraduate, Graduate, MBA MHRM, B.ed and M.ed) in their penultimate or final year of study, and to those who have already graduated.
